		<description>All this goes back to what the AAUW says.  They say it is all about race and economic class, not about gender.  It seems relatively easier to deal with problems on the basis of race and economic class.  There is no consensus, certainly not from groups like the AAUW, to deal with these problems as a function of gender.</description>
