More on the gender salary gap…
As the New York Times article says, everyone has their pet theory. My pet theory: when the situations are truly apples to apples, which due to subtle career path shifts too fine for economists to detect doesn’t happen that often, the differences are due to negotiating differences. It’s what rings true in what I see in friends and family.
